Inter Milan winger Jonathan Biabiany, a shock transfer target for London giants Chelsea, has rejected the opportunity to join the Blues on loan till the end of the season, despite struggling to land game time for the Italian side.

28 year old Biabiany, a French international during his prime, has struggled since moving from Parma to Inter Milan, where after a decent first season, has struggled to break back into the first team.

Inter Milan have signed Italian winger Antonio Candreva from Rome-based football club Lazio for 22 million euros plus an additional three million euros as variables. Inter Milan said in a statement on Wednesday that Candreva has signed a five year contract and will stay in Milan until June 2020.

The 29-year-old is a regular member in the Italian national squad, and has decided to leave Lazio after four and a half seasons in which he played 191 games and scored 45 times.

Chelsea seem to be in a strong position to wrap up a deal for Inter Milan midfielder Fredy Guarin this January. The 27-year-old combative midfielder’s agent has reportedly arrived in Italy to discuss a transfer which will see his client moving to the Premier League this winter. According to the Guardian, Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea have already had a 12 million pound bid for Guarin rejected by his former club Inter, and the agent is looking to find some common ground between the two parties to negotiate safe passage for the Colombian superstar.

Internazionale have made it a three way race along with Roma and Napoli in taking Chelsea's teenage full-back Wallace on a season long loan according to reports in the Guardian.

The 19 year old right back who featured for Chelsea in their three-match tour of Asia is unlikely to be granted a work permit to play in England this season.

Arsenal and Spurs will go head-to-head for another midfielder claims the Daily Mail, with Montpellier star Younes Belhanda the man in question. The defending Ligue 1 Champions have struggled to hold on to their best players since last season’s unprecedented success and the club seemingly want to cash in on Belhanda too, putting the 22 year old Moroccan on the market for anyone who is prepared to dish out £10 million

Rumours in the press earlier in the week had indicated that Belhanda would be on his way to Fenerbahce, but it appears that the reports were incorrect. Then the Italian media wagon went crazy reporting that Inter Milan had a €14 million offer for Belhanda accepted, only for the Serie A giants to come out in the press and declare that they weren't even reportedly interested in the youngster and had never placed a bid for him.
