Man United and Liverpool have been scouting Dede for a while now but the English giants have seemingly been overtaken by AC Milan as Vasco’s president said this: “There is a price. Falcao declares intention to leave Atletico

It's official. Or so the Daily Express claims with the newspaper reporting on Sunday that Colombian international striker Radamel Falcao has decided to end his association with Atletico Madrid this summer. The Express carries a story where they claim that Falcao's agent has been instructed to find the player a new club, a decision that will no doubt interest both Chelsea and Manchester City.
