Manchester United defeated visiting Premier League leaders Chelsea 2-0 at Old Trafford to revive the fight for the title on Sunday.

Marcus Rashford opened the scoring for the hosts seven minutes into the first half and Ander Herrera scored the second via a massive deflection just four minutes into the second half to give the Red Devils a deserved win.

Former Manchester United and Chelsea striker Radamel Falcao earned Monaco a 2-1 comeback against relegation-threatened Dijon to sit three points clear atop the Ligue 1 football championship, while Mario Balotelli-less Nice were still involved in the three-team title race after beating Nancy 3-1 at home.

Dijon, second from the bottom, on Saturday shocked the Ligue 1 leaders late in the first half, as their captain Cedric Varrault followed in to score the rebound after Julio Tavares' header was denied by Monaco goalkeeper Danijel Subasic.

Hinting at Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann, Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos said the record European football champions' "doors are always open" for the best in the business.

There has been talk of the France star moving to Real with his adviser claiming last week that the Madrid heavyweights - along with Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea and Barcelona -- had asked about the 26-year-old's availability.

Eden Hazard's brace powered Chelsea to a 2-1 victory against Manchester City as the London club maintained a seven-point advantage over Tottenham Hotspur in the race for the English Premier League (EPL) title.

Chelsea on Wednesday bounced back with a vengeance after faltering 1-2 last weekend at home to Crystal Palace, while City were coming off a 2-2 draw with Arsenal.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has warned his team that winning the English Premier League (EPL) will be tough following their loss to Crystal Palace. Chelsea suffered a 1-2 defeat to Crystal Palace in their EPL tie on Saturday evening. It was only their fourth EPL defeat this season which left them on 69 points from 29 matches. They still have a seven-point lead over second placed Tottenham Hotspur with nine games to go, but Conte feels that Chelsea cannot afford to ease up on the intensity.

"For sure, for people watching this league, it's a good result. It makes it more interesting. But I always said that the league only finishes when it is mathematically sure you have won. Otherwise you must play every game to try to win because, I repeat, in England easy games do not exist.

Spurred by their win against Burnley, Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has said that he feels the team can win the English Premier League title.

"I am very happy, very pleased. It's important, a massive three points for us to still believe we can fight for the title," ESPNFC quoted Pochettino as saying.

According to auditing giants KPMG, Real Madrid and Manchester United are the most valuable football clubs in the world. Both Manchester United and Real Madrid are valued at $3.09 billion. FC Barcelona are third, valued at $2.9 billion, ahead of Bayern Munich, rated at $2.35 billion according to KPMG's annual report.

The top five is completed by Arsenal ($1.86 billion) with the next three places going to Manchester City ($1.71 billion), Chelsea ($1.6 billon) and Liverpool ($1.39 billion). Juventus, worth $1.05 billion, and Paris Saint-Germain ($900.37 million) complete the top 10.
