Dybala on Wednesday scored a field goal in the 10th minute, while Pjanic struck a beautiful free-kick goal to ensure that an attacking Juventus take a 2-0 lead early at the Juventus Stadium.

At least three Chinese football clubs have made bids to sign Brazilian full-back Dani Alves of Italian champions Juventus, according to media reports.

Shanghai SIPG, coached by former Porto and Chelsea coach Andre Villas-Boas, lead the battle to sign the 33-year-old Juventus player, having offered an annual salary of 10 million euros ($10.74 million), Brazil's Uol Esporte reported on Monday.

Juventus and Italy's football defender Giorgio Chiellini has compared former teammate and Manchester United player Paul Pogba to basketball star LeBron James and sprint legend Usain Bolt.

"We've changed players and now we are a side like any other," Chiellini told Sky Sport in an interview in Italy. "We're not used to losing and, in addition to this, we've lost a player like Pogba who was the LeBron James of football and, even when you didn't notice him, he was impressive," he added.

New Valencia striker Simone Zaza said he decided to sign for the Spanish football club because it showed the most interest and his intention is to stay here even after his loan period from Juventus expires.

The Italian striker arrived at Valencia on loan from Juventus until the end of the season, after having had a poor spell away to West Ham for the first half of this season. Interestingly, the Spanish club has a purchase option after the loan period ends.

Defending champions Juventus suffered a setback in their Serie A football title charge as they put up an uninspiring display during a 1-2 defeat to traditional rivals Fiorentina at the Stadio Artemio Franchi. Nikola Kalinic (37th minute) and Federico Chiesa (54th) on Sunday night helped hosts Fiorentina earn three points with the win over Juventus, whose sole goal was scored by Gonzalo Higuain.

With the loss, Juventus' lead at the top has been reduced to one point after Roma beat Udinese to move to 44 points from 20 games. The Turin giants, however, have played a match less, while third-placed Napoli have 41 points from 20 matches. The win helped Paulo Sousa-coached Fiorentina jump to the eighth spot with 30 points from 19 games.

Liverpool ace Adam Lallana is understood to be on the wishlist of the likes of Barcelona, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain this winter, according to reports in The Times.

The Englishman has been in fine form for the Reds so far this season; however, he is yet to put pen to paper on a new deal with them, with the club putting off talks for the same till the end of the season. And as a result of that, the aforementioned sides are known to be keen to lure him to their respective dens, with them ready to offer as much as £40m for his services.

Juventus became the first club to win 26 consecutive Serie A football matches at home as they registered a facile 3-0 win over Bologna at the Juventus stadium.

A brace from Gonzalo Higuain and a first-half Paulo Dybala penalty on Sunday night helped Juventus record their 26th in a row at home -- a new club record streak that began against the same opposition 462 days ago, according to the Turin club's website.
