Serie A football club Torino president Urbano Cairo has brushed off speculation on striker Andrea Belotti after he was linked with a summer move to AC Milan and Manchester United.

Cairo thinks it is Belotti's own decision to stay at Torino despite being sought-out by other clubs.

Manchester United have agreed to terms with Portuguese football champions Benfica to buy Swedish defender Victor Lindelof who will be the English club's first summer signing.

"Manchester United is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with Benfica for the transfer of Victor Lindelof, subject to a medical examination, international clearance and personal terms," United said on their website.

Manchester United midfielder and French international Paul Pogba on Friday praised his club's head coach Jose Mourinho and said the Portuguese deserved to be called as "The Special One".

The 24-year-old also said that the trust Mourinho has placed in his players helped them grow better as a player. Pogba has made 30 appearances with United in 2016-17 season scoring five goals in all competitions.

Following a Portuguese media story claiming that Real Madrid and Portugal football star Cristiano Ronaldo could be the subject of an approximately $202.43 million bid this summer, the forward said "nothing is impossible" further fanning rumours.

"Nothing is impossible," Ronaldo was quoted as saying by ESPNFC before flying to Lithuania for Portugal's 2018 World Cup qualifier on Friday.

FC Barcelona forward Lionel Messi has reportedly agreed to a new contract which will see his earnings increase to 30 million euros ($33.7 million) a year after tax, with a buyout clause which will rise from 250 million euros ($281 million) to 400 million euros ($450 million).

Spanish radio station Cadena Ser reported in the early hours of Wednesday morning that the Argentinean superstar has agreed to a three-year deal which will see him stay with the Catalan football giants until the summer of 2021.

Manchester United may have to shell out more than $90.69 million (70 million pounds) to acquire any of the two strikers Andrea Belotti of Torino or Alvaro Morata of Real Madrid, according to a report.

Everton's star striker Romelu Lukaku has asserted that staying at the city-based football club next season is not an option and he is exploring possibilities to move to a more reputed club in England.

"Staying at Everton is not really an option for next season. There is nothing concrete with another club at the moment. My agent (Mino Raiola) is busy discussing things. I'm not going to make big declarations about my future," Lukaku was quoted as saying by on Tuesday.
