Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger said that while his side produced arguably their best half of football today in the first half of the Gunners' 3-0 destruction of Chelsea, there is still plenty of room for the side to improve in the week's ahead.

Arsenal were smooth and precise with their passing in the first half, and excellent with their defensive shape and discipline in the second as they limited the visiting Blues to just 2 shots on target, that too in the last 10 minutes of the game.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has stated that his hunger for titles is as high as it has ever been during his tenure with the Gunners, because he knows he is on a shorter clock as his own professional career draws closer to its end.

In a reflective mood as he celebrated 20 years since joining Arsenal with a 3-0 win over Chelsea, Wenger said, "I’m hungrier. Because I know I have not 20 years in front of me. As well because I feel more the responsibility, you’re not 20 years somewhere and you don’t care about things. I’m more conscious of what Arsenal is all about, so I think the weight of keeping people happy and making people happy is heavier than when I arrived."

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger said he was delighted with the contribution of summer signing Lucas Perez following the Gunners' 4-0 demolition of Nottingham Forest in the third round of the League Cup on Tuesday night.

Speaking after the game in which Perez grabbed a brace to get his Arsenal career up and running, Wenger said, "The second goal has technical quality and desire, determination and fighting spirit. I liked the second goal for that, I liked as well the goal he made for Oxlade-Chamberlain. I’m very pleased for him."

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was happy to see his side bounce back from their struggles in midweek against Paris St. Germain in the Champions League with a convincing 4-1 win away to Hull City in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Wenger, who always likes to look at his week's performances in sets rather than as individual matches, shared, "We had a very difficult game against Southampton last week, then went away to Paris Saint-Germain. It's an away game, so you are happy with the three points."

Arsenal forward Theo Walcott produced one of his best performances for the Gunners in recent memory as the England international speedster scored one and helped set up a couple of goals as Arsenal beat Hull City 4-1 at the KC Stadium to race up the Premier League standings into the Champions League places.

Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger was pleased with Walcott's performance, especially in the second half and believes that the speedster will get even better in the week's to come as he regains form and fitness.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was effusive in his praise for talented young midfielder Alex Iwobi, after the youngster masterminded Arsenal's thumping 4-1 victory over Hull City at the KC Stadium today.

While Iwobi didn't get on the scoresheet himself, the young Nigerian attacker played a key role in Arsenal's first two goals and has impressed one and all with his ability to spot a pass.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger confirmed to reporters on Monday that he had thrice rejected the chance to manage Paris St. Germain, simply because of his love for Arsenal.

Wenger, who is closing in on his 20th anniversary as Manager of Arsenal, said, "I always remained loyal to Arsenal because it's a club that has the qualities I love - and that's why."
