During this U-16 Harris Shield, Cathedral & John Connon School beat IES Secondary School by 144 runs. The moment became memorable for one more reason when youngster Arnav Bakshi picked up a four wicket haul, which included a hat trick as his team beat their opponents, IES Secondary School by 144 runs. Arnav Bowled two players, trapped one LBW and had one caught.

Arnav Bakshi began playing cricket only a year and a half back on the persuasion of his school coach. In his maiden U-16 Harris Shield match on Friday and guided his team through against IES Secondary School at Shivaji Park.

Arnav is very passionate about the game and practices very hard every day. Arnav has been trained at the school itself and has managed to impress his school coach with his dedication and talent. A debut is a special moment for any cricketer. It was no different for 13 years old seamer Arnav Bakshi from Cathedral & John Connon School.

His Father, Mr. Gurpreet Bakshi calls him a 'Bullet Train and says, India's bullet train has arrived'

Arnav is very passionate about the game and has been practicing very hard every day. He wants to play with the big boys soon and idolizes Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar and Harbhajan Singh.
