Manchester United Manager Louis van Gaal was far from impressed after his team ground out a 1-0 win against Everton at Old Trafford today, the Red Devils' fourth straight win on home turf as they head into the business end of the season.

Van Gaal hit out at his side in his post match interview with Sky Sports, stating, "It was more or less a stolen victory. We didn't play so well, it looked like we were not fresh. You never know how the players will come back from the international break. We were today the lucky team."

Speaking about the game itself, the Dutchman said, "They played a little bit different than we expected. We want to give entertainment for the fans, but the fans were entertained today because of the tension. If we lose today, the victory against Manchester City is worthless. Now we are still in the race. We have a very important game against Tottenham."

One player that Van Gaal continues to be impressed with is his fellow Dutchman Daley Blind. The makeshift centre-back continues to form a fantastic partnership with Chris Smalling and did a terrific job keeping Romelu Lukaku quiet today. In typical Van Gaal fashion, the Man United Manager declared that he would be rewarding the player with a 2 day holiday!
