Wimbledon champions Leander Paes and Martina Hingis will look to add another trophy to their already bursting cabinets later this week when they take on the American duo of Sam Querrey and Bethanie Mattek-Sands in the Mixed Doubles Final at the US Open.

Paes and Hingis beat the 2nd seeded duo of Rohan Bopanna and Yung-Jan Chan 6-2, 7-5 in a little over an hour to advance to the Final. Hingis has incidentally already booked her place in the Women's Doubles Final as well, partnering another Indian star Sania Mirza.

The All American pairing of Querrey and Mattek-Sands also advanced to the final today, defeating Andrea Hlavackova and Lukasz Kubot, 6-4, 6-3 in their semi-final. Mattek-Sands is the senior partner in that group, having claimed three Grand Slam titles already this year, including the Mixed Doubles crown at the French Open.

Querrey on the other hand is playing in his first Grand Slam final, but will be hoping to add to that number as he is also still active in the Men's Doubles event, where he and Steve Johnson are through to the semi-finals, where the no.8 seeds Jamie Murray and John Peers await.
