West Indies rout Bangladesh in 2nd ODI

West Indies steamrolled Bangladesh by a massive 177 runs to win the second Dhaka Bank ODI and take the three-match series with a match to spare.

Spinner Sunil Narine (3-13) and pacer Kemar Roach (3-19) were the best bowlers as the home side bowled out the visitors for 70 in front a colourful crowd at the Grenada National Stadium on Friday afternoon.

Earlier West Indies rallied to make 247-7 off 50 overs. Opener Chris Gayle smashed five sixes in 58 off 67 balls. He added 88 for the second wicket with Darren Bravo, who made a stylish 53 off 82 balls.

Scores: West Indies 247-7 off 50 overs; Bangladesh 70 all out off 24.4 overs

Result: West Indies won by 177 runs
