With less than a week left for the huge tables, ladders and chairs fest, each and every combatant in the match will be looking for some valuable momentum. Also, it is the time to remember the finest moments of 2011 as Raw plays host to the annual Slammy award ceremony. Here's a brief of what lies in store for the fans in India this week:
RAW (Thursday 5 pm/ 10:30 pm IST):
The wrestling world's equivalent of the Grammy awards will be presented this week on Raw, as it will be a 3-hour special edition dedicated to the Slammy award ceremony. The finest performances, as well as the most memorable moments of the year will be honoured. Watch out to find out who is awarded Superstar/ Diva of the year, and which moments are awarded as the OMG/ Game changer moments of the year. There are various other categories, and we will have to tune into Raw to find out who gets to take home one of the golden grapplers this time.
One of the biggest main events in recent Raw history is scheduled for this week, as the World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry will go one-on-one for the first time against John Cena. Cena earned the wrath of the World's Strongest Man when he interfered in Henry's match against Zack Ryder and hit him with the Attitude Adjustment, and now he has to face the braided behemoth in the squared circle. Throughout his career, Cena has been relying on his freakish strength and power inside the ring, and will be interesting to see how he fares when he face the strongest man in the world.
Another match to watch out for will see Randy Orton teaming up with the WWE Champion CM Punk as they will face Punk's challengers at TLC, the Miz and Alberto Del Rio. This will be the perfect opportunity for Miz and Del Rio to prove their mettle ahead of the big triple threat TLC match, especially after both of them got put through a table during the contract signing for the match by the champion. For Orton, this would be a chance to send out a strong message to Wade Barrett, who he faces in a tables match at TLC. Speaking of Barrett, the former bare-knuckle fighting champion will surely be keeping an eye on this match, and Orton will have to constantly watch his back if he wants to avoid yet another ambush.
Apart from all this, watch out for your favourite superstars from both brands in action as Sheamus, Jindar Mahal, Dolph Ziggler, Cody Rhodes, Daniel Bryan, Zack Ryder and the entire roster comes together to do what they do best, and that is providing some serious high-octane wrestling action.
SMACKDOWN (Friday 5 pm/ 10:30 pm IST):
This week's SmackDown features a potentially explosive main event, as Randy Orton will team up with Zack Ryder to take on the team of Wade Barrett and Dolph Ziggler. While Orton and Barrett will be looking to soften their opponent ahead of their big tables match on the Pay-Per-View, this is Ryder's first main event in his entire career, and this will be the perfect opportunity for him to convince himself, as well as the WWE Universe that he is as much talented as any other main event performer on the roster.
The World's Largest Athlete will be in one-on-one action, as he faces Jack Swagger, the man who injured his ankle back in July, setting the stage for Mark Henry's attack which had put the giant out of action for months. Big Show will be looking for some serious vengeance, but he will have to come out on top against the incredible technical skills of the All-American American, watching his back constantly for the possibility of an ambush from the World's Strongest Man while he does it. This will be one hell of an encounter.
Many of the young superstars will be in action this week on SmackDown, as the Usos will face Primo and Epico in a tag team match. It will be nice to see which of the brothers come out on top. Also, Ted DiBiase will face off against Heath Slater, and Jindar Mahal will square off against Sheamus. All this and lots more of action coming your way this week on SmackDown.
NXT (Sunday 5 pm IST):
Darren Young finally went overboard last week with his personal comments against Percy Watson, and now he seems to have unleashed something of a monster. How will that affect Watson's performance as he and Young fight for a chance to become the next breakout star in the WWE? We will find out on NXT.
Tough Enough (Sunday 9:30 pm IST):
The WWE forays into reality TV with tough Enough, a show which brings out the finest amateur wrestlers hoping to make it big in the professional world. Watch them train and fight in a school headed by none other than Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin under the tutelage of trainers like Booker-T, Bill DeMott and Trish Stratus.
TLC (Sunday 5 pm / 10:30 pm IST):
WWE gives a whole new meaning to the word ‘explosive’ as the next Pay-Per-View extravaganza, TLC brings to you three hours of non-stop action. Watch CM Punk defend the WWE Championship against the Miz and Alberto Del Rio in a triple threat TLC match and Big Show challenge Mark Henry for the World Heavyweight Championship in a chairs match of colossal proportions. Also, close friends turn into bitter rivals as Triple H battles Kevin Nash in a sledgehammer-ladder match. All this and lots more of action coming your way at TLC.

Match: John Cena vs Umaga (Last Man Standing Match for the WWE Championship)
Venue: Royal Rumble 2007
This was one of the highlights of Umaga's short in-ring career. After winning this match, Cena became the longest reigning WWE champion in more than a decade.
