The WWE Universe is fresh off Survivor Series, and it is time for the aftermath, as new challengers will be named, and some celebrations are in order from the victors. With that in mind, here is what's in store for the fans in the flagship shows this week:

RAW (Thursday 11:20 am / Friday 7:30 am IST):

John Cena might have ended Survivor Series on the winning side, but he will surely not be happy with the way the night ended for him. First he got booed to death by the capacity crowd at the Madison Square Garden, and then he was hit with the Rock Bottom! The Rock will probably not be seen again for a while, but this has given Cena a taste of what to expect from the fans as he heads into WrestleMania XVIII for his match against the Rock. How will Cena react to all this? More importantly, how will he be received by the audience? And will Awesome Truth, the team that Cena defeated at Survivor Series have some vengeance planned? We will find out on Raw.

Survivor Series turned out to be one of the best nights in CM Punk's career, as he made Alberto Del Rio submit and won the WWE Championship. Punk will be addressing the WWE Universe on Raw, and it seems that he will be having some choice words for the interim General Manager, John Lauranitis, who will not be very fond of the fact that the biggest rebel on his show has gone to the top of the food chain.

Speaking of champions, the United States Champion Dolph Ziggler was successful in yet another title defence against John Morrison at Survivor Series, but the tumultuous 'We want Ryder' chants seem to be pointing to one thing: Another title shot for Zack Ryder. Ryder will be facing Jack Swagger, Ziggler's tag team partner in singles contest, and if he gets the victory, it will go a long way in impressing the decision-makers of the company to give him his opportunity.

SMACKDOWN (Friday 3:50 pm / 10:30 pm IST):

Mark Henry wriggled his way out of another World Heavyweight Championship match against the Big Show, after he got himself disqualified, but he still got knocked out by Big Show's WMD. Henry is not medically cleared to compete, so he won't be in action. But the World's Largest Athlete will not rest until he gets his shot at the title, and it will be interesting to see if he gets another chance at the big gold belt.

Someone else who is looking for a title shot is Mr. Money in the Bank, Daniel Bryan. Even though Bryan initially wanted to cash in his contract at WrestleMania XVIII, but lately the American Dragon has been having run-ins with the World's Strongest Man, and has shown quite some interest in taking his shot right now. With an injured Mark Henry, the opportunity seems to be calling to Bryan. Will there be an impromptu title match this week? We will find out on SmackDown.

Zack Ryder will be in action for the second time in the week, as he teams up with none other than the Celtic Warrior, Sheamus in a tag team match against Jack Swagger and the United States Champion, Dolph Ziggler. While this is another bid for Ryder to prove his worth as a challenger for the US Championship, it will be a chance for Sheamus to get back to his dominant ways after a poor show at Survivor Series. But whatever it is, it will be treat to watch for the fans.

Speaking of Survivor Series, one of the superstars who out up a great performance was the newest Mexican addition to the SmackDown roster, Hunico. Hunico will be facing another aerial specialist, Justin Gabriel. And Gabriel's former tag team partner, Heath Slater will also be in action against Ted DiBiase. But with DiBiase's backstage spat with Jindar Mahal at Survivor Series, the Million Dollar Son will have to watch his back.

And finally, watch out for Wade Barrett and Randy Orton, as Barrett will be trying to continue his 'barrage' after his team won at Survivor Series, while Orton will be looking to find his winning ways after his team's loss. Both of them will be in action in matches which are yet to be disclosed. For all that action and a lot more, tune in to SmackDown this week.

NXT (Sunday 10:50 pm IST):

Derrick Bateman, Percy Jackson and Darren Young will be gunning for each other as NXT: Redemption enters its final phase this weekend. Further, Tyson Kidd and Yoshi Tatsu will renew their rivalry as they face each other yet again in singles competition.

YouTube video of the week:
