Saturday is going to be action packed day at the Brisbane International with both the men's semifinals and the women's final taking place at the Pat Rafter Arena.

First up at 11:00am, the dynamic Gael Monfils take on defending champion Radek Stepanek in what should be a tough, close contest.

This is followed by the second men's semifinal where big hitter Tomas Berdych will take on either the No.1 seed Andy Roddick or Frenchman Richard Gasquet who are due to play their quarterfinal tonight.

The action does not end there with crowd favourites James Blake and Roddick taking on the French duo of Jeremy Chardy and Marc Giquel in the last men's doubles semifinal.

As night time falls on Pat Rafter Arena the ultimate match-up between Belgian rivals Kim Clijsters and Justine Henin will crown the women's champion of the Brisbane International.

The two comeback queens have not faced off since Wimbledon 2006 and in their 23rd career meeting it is anyone's match. Henin currently leads the head-to-heads 12-10, but Clijsters will be keen to even up the scores and build on her US Open win in August.

Wrapping up the day, the women's doubles final will take place with Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka of the Czech Republic taking on singles quarterfinalist Melinda Czink from Germany and Arantxa Parra Santonja from Spain.

Play starts at 11:00am for the day session and at 7:00 pm for the night session.
