We respect your rights as a consumer and wish to give you the best possible consumer experience possible.
It is our responsibility that goods ordered by you reach you in excellent condition. Should you receive any goods ordered online in damaged or unsatisfactory conditions we shall replace the same. However, the same will need to be intimated to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that we do not replace any products once they have been used. Items when returned should be done so in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
In the unlikely event that you feel that a product purchased by you has got damaged or has worn out prematurely, kindly correspond with the manufacturer for redressal of grievances. In case you need the contact details of any of our manufacturers, we would be pleased to assist you with any information possible.
For Sports Goods & Books
Our delivery modes are two fold:
1. We use First Flight / Bluedart courier services to deliver products from our stores to your doorstep. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of goods received, we request you to return the same in its original packaging on the spot. Usually all products take between 3-5 working days to deliver. All shipping costs unless otherwise specified will need to be borne by the customer.
2. We have city partners in most major cities in India to enable us to respond to urgent orders at a moments notice. Do let us know if you have any such requirements.
For Sports Movies / Training Videos
Please take extra care when ordering CD / DVDs to ensure they belong to the correct REGION. We will replace any CD / DVD you receive damaged if intimated within 24 hours of receipt. As in the case of sporting goods this will need to be in its orginal packaging and not have been used.
Force Majure
We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, sets of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, epidemics, accidents, service outages resulting from failures in mobile or Internet connectivity, equipment and/or software failure and/or telecommunications failures, power failures, network failures, failures of third party service providers (including providers of Internet services and telecommunications).
We have a NO REFUNDS POLICY. A transaction once completed cannot be reversed. However as stated above, if you have any cause for complaints we would be happy to address the same and replace goods where deemed necessary as per the above policy.
